Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds work on Deala.
Each event lists its own refund policy set by the organiser. Deala facilitates the request and tracks it from submission to resolution.
If an event is cancelled
You'll be notified and the organiser must process a refund according to their policy.
Requesting a refund
Open the ticket in My Tickets and tap "Request refund". Your request is reviewed by the organiser.
